A typical, old Tuscan farm dating back to the 1700's, later enlarged along with the superb undergrounf wine cellar annexed to it, entirely dug in the tufa. In addition to the wine cellar, there is also a perfectly conserved "Coppaio" (oil cellar). Oil was stored in the century-old terracotta "coppi" (oil jars) of Impruneta, after having been pressed in the oil-mill still present on the farm. Refurbishing works have been performed following the origina layout, so as to keep the aspect of bygone days intact over time. Four apartments and large dining halls have been obtained in the farmhouse.
